Home Inspectors Professional Liability

Home Inspectors Professional Liability (often referred to as Errors & Omissions) is insurance designed to protect you from alleged negligent acts while performing your inspections. It also provides coverage that many residential home inspectors need to comply with state and local licensing requirements. Our program can include premises liability (General Liability exposures resulting in 3rd party bodily injury or property damage during the performance of a home inspection.) Our program is rated based on the number of insured inspectors—optimizing cost-efficiency. Coverage is underwritten through an insurer with sound financial strength and flexibility. The insurer is rated A by A.M. Best Company.
