Current Responsibilities:

Peggy is Vice President of our Construction Services Group and is responsible for building our construction practice within a commercial brokerage firm with an emphasis in real estate and large property developers.

Special Areas of Expertise:

Construction including Builders Risk, Contractor Practice, Owner and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs for both Developers and Contractors.

Industry Experience: 

Peggy has over 13 years in the insurance industry. She spent the last nine years focusing exclusively on construction related risks. The first five years were at Gallagher Construction Services specializing in Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP). Peggy managed one of the largest rolling CCIP (wrap-ups) in the country. The last four years have been focused on contractor practice policies, Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP), Association Controlled Insurance Programs (ACIP) for new at litigated repair construction projects.

Peggy’s most recent experience was with Aon Risk Insurance Services in which she managed two large developers based in the Northwest with over $1.5 billion annually in construction values.  Her responsibilities also included supervising the administration of the Master Builders Risk Program for The Regents of the University of California.  The program covers construction related activities for ten campus and multiple hospital related facilities all over the State of California, with over $6.8 billion in construction values over the past three years.
